quality time is precious =)

Damn late for work today...tireds! By raining doesn't really help me to get out of the house even more. Waited for a damn cab for half an hr at 3 diff locations near my area BUT ended up taking the train cos there was not a single green flashing vaccant cab at sight!! Grrrr.... reached work only at 9.40pm.


Rushed for a meeting with Chinese Xiangqi Association Chairperson and committee for a good whole 2 hrs!! Dang! My mandarin super can't make it lar... was kinda impatient to a certain extent cos maybe wasn't in a very good mood to handle them when i got so many things to settle for PF 2008 in 2 days time!! Rushed a few emails out and off i left office for my family quality time!


Met up aunts,mum and sis @city hall & went to Spore Fyer's Kenko Fish Spa!!! =)
damn fun experience...super ticklish! sickening sis still ask us to spread open our toes to let the lil fishes feed btw them!~! Ultimate ticklishness.... haha

after 5 mins of "fish-foot biting" we got used to it and started watching how the fishes work and taking pics of each other..lol


Anyway, went to many places today!
1) Haagen Daz for ice-cream chill out after "kena bitten"
2) Esplanade's roof Terrace
3) Walked over to National Musem
4) Cathay Cineplex in Dhoby Ghaut
5) Ate in "Ri BEn ChUn"
6) Walked to Singapore Arts Musem
7) Back to CityHall Mrt
H.O.M.E.S.W.E.E.T.H.O.M.E.

Fun and laughter is what describes my day today! enjoyed this short quality time and will anticipate and organise more of such outings.. hehe. (picutes be up soon.... )

Then again, even these people PLAN their precious "given" time to fulfill whatever they need to, and achieve before they'll never get a chance to.... ...... ............ .........anymore

So for people out there who thinks that u have all the time in the world, think again.
Simply, if you don't plan for your own, u're none better than a dying person. Rather a dying man deserves more respect than a healthy living soul.
So for those who does not plan for their life, needs, wants, likes, aim, future etc... my advice is START NOW! for: -

We have 24hrs a day
We need 8 hrs of sleep
We work a minimal of 8 - 9 hrs a day

Created fact:
We have 24 hrs a day
We don't sleep for full 8 hrs (majority)
Most of us don't work more than that stipulated timing if possible

But we always complain that we got "NO TIME" to do this, do that etc.... Why? Cos we spend most of the time thinking, WHY do we not have enough time!? Cos the fav phrase of "NO TIME" is nothing but plain excuses....

"Time is dead. Humans are not."
"Clock is inflexible. Humans are not."
We can't turn back time that's for sure, so enter into the race - 'The Race Against Time'

till today when Jia and I couldn't decide what to eat for lunch at Bugis, i ironically suggested to eat in n.y.d.c Lol... Was so so so happy with my order! Very nice, u guys sld try it!! haha their pizzas are not bad tooo... Yums! Oh, plus they're famous for their mudpies! Yet to try them.....

oohh... anyway, BE prac finally resumed after exams and I led class today. Rene's body conditioning and a little Jive techniques could slightly "kill them" i guess. All tired faces after that....including me!!! Brought my running gear but decided my legs were too stressed to carry me further, hence.... i went office to WORK!! -_-" Left office at 7pm and met sis to buy her Saucony running shoes!!! haha... the sisters bought running shoes together! =)

Random note: I don't bloody understand how ladies can occupy a single toilet cubicle for so damn long!!! I'm talking about public toilets in shopping malls and Mrt stations esp! Super irritating... waited for 2 damn cubicles in CityHall Mrt toilet for at least 15mins!! I think someone who has menses+shit+urinate at the same time DON'T even need THAT LONG!!!!??? super inconsiderate ladies.....Grrrrrrrr feel like just kicking the door open to see what are they bloody doing, taking their own sweet time....in a toilet???! *Plus my encounter today was so damn quiet... no sound in the cubicle at all and even the SHADOW on the floor did not move! SLEEPING OR SERIOUS CONSTIPATION?! ...pissed...

My Red ASICS running shoes!!!

yes!! I'm like so damn happy today cos I've finally laid my hands on a pair of running shoes that i've longed for.... so long. ASICS! =) iT'S OnLy $90! HAHA....Well, it's not like its the newest model or a fantastic pair of shoes. In fact it's a Youth not an Adult model, cos i've got feet size way toooooooooo tiny to fit into ANY adult model of ANY brand.
Nike, Adidas, Fila, Asics, Mizuno, Saucony etc... U NAME IT, THEY DON'T HAVE IT!

till i'm so pissed at times that i can't seem to get any shoe of my size and no one ever bothers to recommend or find an alternative for me! Darn sales person!! Till today!!! Whatever it is, i might sound as if i got the world's best running shoe........... well, i think i'm happy enough, contented with what i have! =) That's to MY expectations cos i can't run for NUTS anyway...jus that i need a proper pair to train .... so POOF! here it is.... My aim is still to get my inline skates~!!! Yeahs!!!

Yes... I want to resume leisure skating!!! Have always wanted to replace my old pair that is not even in proper complete condition. The buckles my major problem when it snapped a few months back and replacing 1 buckle is a good whole $15!!! i have 9 buckles mind u... means i gotta spend a good whole $90 just for the buckles to be changed?! No Shit! NO ONE in the right mind will ever change it instead of getting a brand new pair... unless its still in tip top condition la....

chatted with the sales girl for pretty long and got to know so so much more abt skates. Had a free skate education, which will benefit me asking around for skates. Yupp... shall fill in more once i've done enough research on the skates.

Beijing Olympics Closing Ceremony

It's 930pm now while posting in this blog entry. Well, not really an entry.... just wana say a few words while in the mids of watching the Olympics Closing Ceremony.

"amazing, astonishing, breathtaking, dazzling, dramatic, elaborate, fabulous, fantastic, grand, magnificent, marvelous, miraculous, sensational, splendid, striking, stupendous, theatrical, thrilling, wonderful......... TOTALLY AWESOME!"

What more can i say? China has nothing more to offer than HUMAN BEINGS!! having millions of volunteers for the closing ceremony! OMG!!! Everything was plainly human visuals! a night of a human creation of visual effects thats all.. Well, thats the ONLY resources they have anyway... what can u expect from CHINA!? But............. the damn shout-singing for so god damn long is even worse!! Totally spoils the entire ceremony..........
