LADC Open Hse , 29th July 07

Took 6 classes for $10 from 11am till 7pm today. Hmm...nth much to comment on cos the classes i feel were conducted quite abruptly and the studio was kinda run-down i must say. Not really a very conducive place to dance and learn. But still had fun there...

Then went to Clarke Quay opened area (near the pubs) to acc Mel choreo "Sexy Love". Lucky got Benji's lappy to use =) Saw a freaking CUteeeeeeee German baby!!!! Played awhile with her and chatted with the father. Was quite fun and entertaining. Met my sis at MRT and back home together....

HAd a "sister talk" abt some family issues and future situations. HAiz...situation not very promising and i might not be abt to study...gotta work & earn enough $$ 1st. Gotta think of Plan B now ... HAiz other issues at bothering me too.. Sianz...vexed!!

It's Saturday!!!

Had the most beneficial class with Bellman today!! We were one of the eg. couples to demonstrate certain routine parts and our mistakes, do's and dont's were pointed out to improve better. Was super glad that we were chosen to demo.

Only Mel and I went to S&G today! Not many couples were there. Was praying for Bellman to be there cos we nv fail to benefit from every S&G session esp when Peter/Bellman is there to guide us. *smilez* We had to dance all 3 routines for Bellman to see and for each he actually gave pointers and changed certain parts to make us look better. =) Did not really wack other couples like last week but benfited alot alot from him.

Damn funny when Bellman's pants actually splited!!! And he was like so proud of his "hole"...hahas. Went round showing off to the entire studio. Left abt 11pm and made my way to ECP chalet...Dear Jenny's 21st Bday!!!

Waited for stupid cab for 20 mins!! Dammit! Pissed, tired and hungry... Stayed over but was freaking tired and slept at 4am. Felt kinda bad cos i came so late and didn't really have the energy to mingle much and had to leave early on Sunday morning.

Delayed Blog on 27th July 07

Hmm.. today is kinda slack at work cos JOAN was the Emcee for the event so i can rest haha....Actually cos my mandarin cannot make it, that's why! =p Not as fun as ytd's cos the Suzhuo students were all ard 10 plus old. Took pics and entertained ourselves while waiting for event to start..hahas.

Had Latin prac with MeL and had the entire Aerobics studio to ourselves!! SHIOK! Danced w/o air-con (we both prefer that way so can sweat it all OUT!) Got a sickening bloody idiot was in the room singing on the top of his lungs!! Irritating Freak!!! Drilled techniques and fig eight and once thru all 3 routines. Only one hour passed but it felt like we've danced alot! *pants*

After being contented on the training session, went to TFA to reward ourselves (steal pkt food!! wahaha..) Saw Wilfred and decided to try the NYP Rock Wall!! Hahas....coolness! I climbed up twice but didn't manage to reach the very top cos of the silly overhang. Tough! Got aching arms!
Sickening partner reach the top on 1st and only try, in a min odd. CRAP! (use arm power only lor...bleah!) Still, was fun! More to come!! =)

Totally shagged after that... dozed off unknowingly .... ZZzzzzzz .........
Slept over at Aunt's place, arguments again... so vexed.. oh wells, too tired to think...

Busy but totally FUN day =)

Today, 26th July 07, was a very well spent day!! Had to overlook the students from Symphony Orchestra and also Chinese Orchestra for a photoshoot in TFA. Whole morning from 830am till 1130am was occupied running abt already.

Went back office to prepare for the noon event, coordinate students, set up system and room, emcee script and etc!! Joan and Edelweis was on MC!! So me, Mr Wee and KAren took over. I was the Emcee!! hahaz..

The Vietnam fellow students were very heart-warming, rowdy , friendly and FUN too. HAd many interactive games with them and danced together!! =) Exchanged name cards, "Get-to-know you" session and the crazy photo-taking session made everyone so "high".

Continued with JAzz class and had fun learning "Beyond Legends" once again with juniors. Gotta prepare for tml students exchange program from Suzhuo.

Mood-less Day.....

Totally unlike myself today! Absolutely MOOD-LESS!! It's not even those kinda moody when u usually get easily irritated........its just.....Argh! ...I dunno =(
Don't even have the mood to have ANY mood.
Lucky my eye was back to normal. Just felt so restless and a headache wasn't a very good idea to add on to my mood-less Wed. haizz.... PLus, it's Didi's last day in SAO today!!! *sniff**sniff*

I will miss her so much! No one to chat on MSN anymore when we are less than a metre apart from each other...hahas...Cos she just sits beside me only! Well, yeah it a be a stupid thing to do but well , gals does silly stuffs. Whole office was so quiet today cos of some "I-award" thingy going on. Went to AMK Ave 10 to eat Frog porridge with Edel, Lina and Joan. Forced myself to finish cos i didn't even have much mood to eat lor...

What's wrong with me today? Or rather lately? HAve been feeling weird these few weeks... i also can't describe the feeling cos i dunno what is bothering me. Tend to get affected by the slightest thing that can happen and will start to think "why", "maybe this" maybe cos of that", "could it be this", "could it be that". Appetite was also affected, can't eat as much as before too..

Tried to organise song files in my Mp3 but can't install the CreativeZen Program to Benji's lappy. And the MSN prob in my home's PC is really getting on my nerves. Office's comp does not allow any program installation. In the end, went to AMK with LiYi, Treasa, Alli and Germaine. Tired the fried mussels with mustard and Mayo, very nice!!! Despite having a sore throat for almost 3 weeks. Been coughing like mad lately... Haiz! hope things will pick up soon... ^_^

At least cracked up abit after the little AMK hang out. Tks LiYi and Treasa for cheering me up..haha in fact tks everyone! Cos anyone that saw me today'll definately see a difference...

Perfectly fine now actually, gonna rest early to get ready for tml's event!! =)

Fun "DIY" Sandwich Party.......

Started my day with a teary and painful left eye, dunno what's wrong too! It lasted thru out the day till i remove my lens! SUcks!!

Today was another busy day at work too but yet there was FUN too! It's Karen's (colleague) bday and we had a DIY Sandwich party in SA Meeting Room!! All were making their own tasty creative sandwiches.

Cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, turkey ham, beef and the most fantastic Tuna mixed egg thingy made by Janette!! WOw...was a filling lunch! =) Enjoyed!! Had 2nd round of sandwiches and cut cake with 3 bday babies (Ivan, Jannette & Karen) again at 5pm. Made a special chocolate one for Joan and also Wilfred, Han and Ms Beansprout a.k.a Zhiping.... Niceeeeee!!!

Came later for Jazz class cos needa settle work! Totally sucked!! Feel like all my Jazz work, linework, flexibility, techniques are all ATROCIOUS!! Did chaines across the floor kena scolded!!! Abt my diamond shaped hands!!! NooOOooOOoo... i cannot be affected! Am determined to train back my JAzz techniques and all! Darling Weilin, we must work hard together k? Let's motivate each other and work towards it!

It's really quite hard to maintain 2 diff genres of dance at a time. I do admit my focus now is more on Latin but i will still get back my Jazz one day. Well, for now....work hard for LAtin comp and slowly more to come......Standard, Jazz and hip hop !!! I love them all....as long as its DANCE!

After today's short Salsa Hip Hop choreo with the juniors, suddenly felt a little closer to them =)
Had fun esp on our journey back in the MRT. Finally found more ppl living in the WEST side!! hahaz...need not always be alone alrd. Laughed so hard in train and we were soooooo IRRITATINGLY noisy!! Diyanah, u Monkey, made me laugh so hard...hahas...rem we'll have a talk someday yar... GIRL'S TALK *winks*

Anw, got some past and recent dance performance videos that StageArts did from Allison. Hmmm.... some were really funny!! See how much each has deproved and improved made me look back and do some self-reflections too.

Hmm.. too tired to blog ytd nite, dozed off in front of comp!! =p (still told weilin on MSN that i'll slp after a short blog..hahas) Well, busy day at work, preparing for coming Thur & Fri event; "Student Cultural Exchange Program". Kinda anticipated for self LAtin prac but it didn't lasted very long.... (hmmm.....ssshh!! =p) In a way, still did self-prac, drill abit of technique and helped the rest. Unknowingly, time passed so quickly and only left studio at 1015pm! Quite tiring...
Well, had an argument too.......oh haiz! Dunno lar, sianz...

Finally met up with my LAo Po!!! Was my 1st time being her passenger since she got her car license....hahas seeing u in ya car makes me wana tell u " Wah Po, u matured liao!" Drove to Thomson Plaza to get my shoes (bought 2 pairs......wallet big hole alrd!!) But i need them lar, plus so so difficult to get my size. SIZE 3!! Nvm, continue eating bread ba...gotta save $$$.

We then came across this push-cart stall that sells many decorative little notes, paper, designs and cuttings for photo albums. Very nice! This note caught my eye:

Also i got myself a GREEN A4 sized calculator!! hahas....Coolness! Im not blind lar but it looks real cute & good. Gotta bring it to office tml!! =)

Dinner was settled in AMK Hub, Fish&Co. Seafood platter for 2! Haas... Damn Full!! Needa burn off those calories by dancing hard next week =p My throat is getting worse again...can feel it. Haiz...hip isn't getting any better too. Kies, gtg already and prepare for work tml!

A rare day at home........

My lst blog entry!!! Tks to dear Treasa and Ervinna's help to help me create a blog...haha yeah , i'm an idiot when it comes to this kinda stuffs. (thats y i don't even have a friendster a/c if some of u are wondering y =p) Anw, my blog is gonna be the most simplest blog ever cos i don't think i'll have the time to maintain it and blog so consistently like what other bloggers do.

Besides my purpose of blogging is just to pin down my feelings, how my day went and encounters with any interesting happenings..... perhaps this can be my little "memory space" to contain my past thoughts and memories when i turn back the clock & look back my life (as most of u know that i have STM "short term memory...hahas) I'm in fact a pretty expressive person and would like to say how i feel and stuffs till it can really get sooooo long-winded! ...hahas that's me. Anw, I don't really care if ppl reads my blog or not......FEEL FREE to if u don mind a boring simple wordy blog! =p

Today is really one rare day that i'm actually at HOME!!! Feeling is just WEIRD and LOST ??!! WEIRD is cos i rarely spend time at home.....time is mostly occupied by dance ,dance,dance till late everyday of the week. LOST is cos i dunno what to do at home!! THat's the reason y im blogging now...hahas.

Our Quickstep in WM has ended =( Today no nite prac in MPCC (Marine Parade Community Center) too!! OMG!! Hope MPCC resumes soon so my Sundays will be more fruitful. A day without dance can really kill me.... Nvm can dance at home too.........wahahaha.....madness abt Dance!! Well, today can be a day off from dance ba, also needa recover from ytd prac in S&G. Both Mel and I were super HIGH ytd during prac nite!! Music, atmosphere, space constraint and all made us wack the other couples like mad!! hahas including Bellman! We both agreed that it was the best S&G session we've been to so far........BEtter ones to come yar!!?? So today is payback time for wacking myself ytd.......8 out of 10 toes are hurting, body aching and a blistered toe! But hey its all totally Worthwhile!!!!

Sat is the most enjoyable day of my week. I'll always be anticipating for the arrival of SAT, my full dance day from morning till nite. Shiokness!! hahas...but think ytd's training was abit too much cos my hip injury hurts again...maybe cos of the rumba outer circle walks that almost killed me.... =(

Guess that's abt it. Quite alot for my 1st entry here... hmmm hope that i'll have some programs later!! Might meet up my dear Lao Po, JAsmine later!!!!!!! Its been so long since we meet up!!
I'll stop here now.....gonna plan for my weekly's schedule again!!
