lalala... no exercise today! oh no..

Nothing much happened at work today.

DID NOT DO ANY SPORTS TODAY!!! OMG!

Feels so weird not exercising even for a day after whacking sports for 3 weeks. Hmmm ...but i realised i'm working out too much!! My thighs are homogeneous now~~Eeeeks! *ugly rene now*
My right knee hurts further. My arms and shoulders buffed up too! But i got tanner!! hehe ... i like.

Helped Wilfred out for this trial NYP biathalon after work. Was raining and he still made his students swim and run in the quite heavy rain. MONSTER TOH! lol...
Might take part in this biathalon with him aha... if im up to it. Constant training ba...jiayou!

Went to Suntec to collect my hp. Reached there at 830pm and the FREAKING NOKIA CARE CENTER WAS CLOSED AT 8PM!! DARN DARN DAMMIT! SIlly me nv check! Sianz..wasted my precious time. Anw, went a lil shopping and got myself a knee guard but AIMED so many other stuff that can just look and not buy? Irritating.......

alrights, cant wait for tml to dance again!! SWing!! Here i come....... haha
