Today's a quiet busy day. Too bad i wasn't very productive in my efficiency of work... haiz just what is making me so lazy to work recently??? I gotta fine tune myself back again. Lunch was "nasi briyani" but i didn't order. Tasted a few mouths....damn nice!! Sadz... Control RENE!! ahhas..

Went to swim and tan abit instead with Mel. Hmm...... quite a short session.

Decided to jog my 2.4km after work with Puay San! Went on a slightly faster pace today and clocked 17mins30sec. haha slowly...got improvement la. Increased my sit ups too (50). But at the end of it, my knee caps hurts. Shucks! guess i should just rest for the week cos i don't want to aggravate and get any unnecessary injury symptoms again.When stretching, my left hip hurts again haiz...

Anyways, went Orchard with Puay San to get her friend's gift (a damn ex watch) and tried to look for my PUMA bag =( Can't find!! Anyway, was not a bad 1st outing cum shopping session =) Okies, tml shall be a disciplined working day, RENE ^^
