Enjoyable and fulfilling day spent
3 quality things i did today!!
1) Yupp i slept till 10am!
2) Yupp i finally trimed my hair!
3) Yupp i bought my 3rd pair of Latin heels from Cindini! (Finally a 2.75 inch,dark reddish brown and most IMPTLY........ it's tight and FITS) And it costs $105, including heel protector!
*Sigh.. can eat grass for 2 months liao
Jia accompanied me to Cindini, then ate Mac cos we're rushing for time! Sigh...just recovered from my sickness but we're left with not much choice of eatery near the station.Weird thing now is that, things are taking a step to another level & i'm actually feeling differently. Not sure what that means but yeah, we'll see how things goes.
Private lesson with Belman again!! RUMBA!! My favourite =)
Got a total of abt 25 bars only and both Mel and I felt that it was pretty tough in the beginning cos of the tricks and stuff.
Belman said " This has never ever been done before, TRY IT!"
He's always thinking of crazy stuff for us and make us do things out of his own creation... oh well, but it's all looking great so we'll try our very best to do it! It's a pity that we ended 1 hr sharp cos he still had class after us. So cool when he tried to describe the "story of our routine" to match our movements (eg. the coming towards and leaving, away of the male and female role) But its so freaking funny when we tried to "relate and link the story" ourselves. We were pratcically commanding each other with words like "Come in! Away! I want..... I don't want!" before each move. So idiotic la..lol...but at the same time fun. Well, this is what i like abt rumba cos u gotta feel it to dance it, then create it and move together with it. It's tough.... well isn't what's that all abt? IT'S DANCESPORT! =)
Mel left early with his fren but left behind MEE FEN for me!! Lol... but guess it was left out for too long and turned kinda sour. But HECK lar, was freaking hungry after Belman's technique class! Plus my legs and toes were freaking painful (my new heels =p) Everyone in studio were like commenting "Oh my god, smells bad!" "What's that smell?" and Belman went "Gosh, the studio smells of stinky socks" -_ -" WTH! Still i finished the entire pkt. hahas...
Fun part was when I was abt to leave studio. Belman shouted my name "RENE, come over here" And in i went into his class of Ang Mohs that are all freaking TALL. He needed an assistant to help him in his Salsa and Jive class so i partnered him. SO funny lar, i'm basically dancing with his chest all the way!! Eye level mah..haha. HAd FUn and he led me for Salsa and spun me for his so so so so so many rounds till i really couldnt stand on my feet! Sickening!
