IKEA shopping

Yays! Edel is back to work today. But as usual, she's sick again. Always happens when she's back from trips due to weather changes. It's the last day of CNY so we had an office feast again!! Special delivery by Joan and Mr Wee, we had GIM POH's catering food service to satisfy us ...hehe (Joan's mum family biz)

Prawn rolls, fried rice, curry, mixed vege, chicken, Yam paste, KFC and Yu sheng were our menu of the day! Totally filling lunch and very very nice food esp the curry!!! ^^

Left at 2pm (half day leave =p) and met Joyce at Queensway Ikea. It's been a long time since I've last been there. We had a fun time and bought some stuff too. I just love looking at furniture and decors =)

i finally got to try the Swedish meatballs for the 1st time!! Rather, its our 1st time ^^ So nice!! Yummyz...... oh, there was this toddler in the restaurant who cried so so loudly for at least a good whole half an hr! Strong lungs i must say..... till it got to a point that its sooooo loud and irritating that u just feel like giving one tight slap to stop it (gosh i love kids and this is bad to say, but its really that irritating) The mum was just sitting in front of her kid and trying hard to coax with a smile (obviously not knowing what to do) and her sickening husband was just sitting beside READING NEWSPAPERS and doing absolutely NOTHING~!~! IS he DEAF or something? Gawd! What is happening to parents nowadays??

The sickening thing today was I forgot to bring my Digi cam out!! Darn... actually it was left in my sis's bag from ytd's steamboat gathering in Szehui's house. (hmmm maybe i'll just post some pics of ytd's FUN steamboat ^^)

Feeling bloated after eating so much, decided i must must exercise later! Went back abt 6plus and off to my Aunt's place for dinner again!!! (ate only a few mouthful of rice) Played with my cute cute nephews! Omg! So so adorable ^^ Then i went for a short run by the canal, sit ups and stuff. Felt really good! *at least i don't feel so guilty now...lol*

Well, a day well spent today and gonna anticipate for Sat's arrival! Dance, swim and dance again! ^^

Work's gonna start getting busy busy too! Many event's and things happening this year! Planning planning! Studies, work, dance,future!! Go, go Rene!

*Ooohhh..... i also attended an interesting workshop on Wed called "Handwriting Analysis Workshop" at Civil Service College. Will try to blog abt it if i'm not too lazy =)*
